A Career Dedicated to Public Service

Darcee S. Siegel has served in the public sector for her entire legal career, building a distinguished reputation over more than three decades of government law practice. She is the former City Attorney for the City of North Miami Beach, where she had the distinct honor of being the first woman appointed to that position.

Prior to serving the City of North Miami Beach for 22 years, Darcee served the City of Hollywood for four years as Assistant City Attorney, Chief Trial Attorney, and Prosecutor, and the City of Miami for two years as Chief Law Clerk. Throughout her career, she handled complex litigation across virtually every area of civil law, from civil rights and employment discrimination to construction disputes and wrongful death claims.

Darcee has been recognized as one of the top government attorneys in the State of Florida by the South Florida Legal Guide. Most recently, she received certification from the Supreme Court of Florida as a Circuit Court Mediator in all judicial circuits of the state, allowing her to bring her extensive litigation and negotiation experience to the mediation table.
